DAY 1:
6 Box Jumps
6 Kettle bell swings
6 toes to bar or V ups
Every 60 seconds you alternate running for 60 seconds. So for a total of 12 minutes you alternate running and these exercises every minute.
DAY 2:
6 Squats with weight
6 Burpees
6 Lunges with weight
Every 60 seconds alternate with Double Unders or Single Jump ropes. Do this for 12 minutes
DAY 3:
6 Push-ups
6 Dumbell Snatch
6 Fire Hydrants
Again complete as many rounds as possible in 1 minute then switch to jump rope or running for a minute. Repeat for 12 minutes
